The University of Leon has forty different undergraduate degree programmes. These have been designed to favour the development of talent, the acquisition of skills and the encouragement of leadership capacities among students, allowing them to become integrated into present-day society as professionals.
The University’s staff are highly motivated and its modern installations on the two campus sites of Leon and Ponferrada are kept fully up to date. Practical training, both in the University itself and in collaborating firms and institutions, together with mobility, are key elements in the experience the University provides for its students.
Students have available to them numerous services that complement university life. These include a network of libraries with extensive holdings, the possibility of learning a wide range of languages, sports facilities, a full programme of cultural activities and numerous information and communications technology services.
